I had placed an order for dental alginate on dentalbaba website and paid 2740rs on 18/1/2021.but so far till today product not delivered and money not refunded. No response to call and emails. This is a high level cheating....

I am Dr aashish todi from hyderabad, telangana.i have ordered dental materials online from dentalbabab.com on 14/10/2020 (order number #DB1685) for which i have paid rs 14, 770/- in advance using a credit card.
as on today 6/11/2020 (23days later)i have just received products worth rs 340/-(i paid 14, 770/-).
i have sent numerous emails on their support email which have not yet been answered([protected]@dentalbaba.com) and also...
