I submitted an application to my child for class 1.But application form got rejected.Can I know the reason and any chance of resubmission of application...

Not allowing encashment on maturity of kisan vikas patra
Dear Sir,
I have purchased 10 Kisan Vikas Patra of Rs. 5000 each on 12.06.02 from Post Office, Bellampalli-504251 (Dist. Adilabad) Andhra Pradesh. Matured in February 2010. As I stay in Hyderabad, I gave power of attorney in favour of my borther with my ID proof to encash. Post Office Clerk Ram Reddy harassing us and not allowing encashment inspite of Post Master instructions. Insisting on my personal presence for encashment....

In reference to the subject above I had applied for transferring on dt.[protected] my Passbook/Policy (No. EA/346842) from Sarla Nagar, Maihar, Distt. Satna to Premnagar PO Jabalpur through Cheif Post Master General, MP Circle, Bhopal.Which had been sent for transfer on[protected] through the letter RPLI/TFR/OC/06-07 of Dy. Divisaional Manager, Bhopal WITHOUT PASS BOOK.
