I had booked one Maruti Suzuki Swift LXi on the 30th October, 2013 and exchanged my then existing car for it in the Exchange Mela conducted in the Girish Park. I got my car delivered (in my wife's name: Lopamudra Modak) on the 26th Nov, 2013 (Invoice No. VSL13000384 dated 22.11.2013). True value executives in the mela promised me free accessories worth Rs.3000 which, among other things included one reverse parking sensor. I was denied...

FALSE COMMITMENT AND NON REFUND OF MONEY
I went to maruti relying on the trust and bond I had, and now i realize it was a mere bubble. On 31st March 2009 I booked an ALTO - LXI from DEWAR'S GARAGE LTD. 4, COUNCIL hOUSE sTREET, kOLKATA 700001. The company have a showroom also in Topsia, Byepass ph no.[protected] and they told me that they will be delivering the car from there. The delivery date confirmed by the company was 15th April 2009.I paid an advance of Rs. 30000/-...
