Dhanshree Developers Pvt Ltd Complaints & Reviews

I have booked a flat in the year 2011 in the project redevelopment of Sankalp co-op hsg society. Builder sales manager Ms.Bhavana Mahajan took heavy cash & cheque. Now Dhanshree developer is informing verbally that they have transfered their rights to another developer and now new developer asking again money. Project is incomplete. Dhanshree developer director Mr. Borkar not lifting the phone....

Builder Mr.Shankarrao Borkar committed us to complete project by 2010 but not a single floor has been built in last 8 years....
