For the Phase II flat owners, builder's men’s are asking for the maintenance even if lot of pending works. Builder is blackmailing to flat owners to pay maintenance otherwise disconnection of the light, water. Still MSEB meters are not being allocated to individuals (even if the flat owners are already pay the 70- 80000 INR at the time of registration for the same), MSEB meters are received to builder from the MSEB....
