Cheque Bounced

I have booked Royal Enfield in the month of Jun-2011,after waiting for around 12 months I havent recieved the bike. Later I cancelled the booking and asked for booking amount.
The showroom people handed me a cheque (Number : 644949 , Drawn on Bank Visweswara Sahakari Bank)
when I deposited the cheque surprisingly it got bounced :(
Please help to get my money back.

Hi,
I am Dipesh Sancheti from Pune I just got my classic 500 motorcycle serviced from Dhone automobiles,market yard .this was my first free service.they charged me Rs. 900 for oil and oil filter.when I demanded invoice he said I'll have to pay 90 more .i was ready to pay, he handed me an invoice of 900 + 12.50% =990 ,which I found wrong as 900 + vat comes to Rs.1012.50.
However when I asked him the details he said...
