. My claim is rejected in query which was not asked to me but my wife. Where as she don't know anything about this claim and query. claim status closed without giving any reason

Dear sir,

Please refer to the trail mail,

You have closed the status of claim no dhs17z049573 & dhs17y049573. And mentioned the reason wrongly intimated,

While asking the reason for closed status on customer care, they were unable to answer the reason and has given the mobile no for asking but mobile no is not picked up till now. We have tryed to contacted on mobile 100 times

very slow in providing tpa support

We enrolled for corporate Insurance thru DHS India TPA. They are responsible to give us the policy details and insurance cards. The enrollment was done in last week of Oct-2016.

It's more than three months despite timely collection of premium, that they have provided no information about the policy or details about the e-cards.

Following up with them is futile. No one picks up the customer care number [protected]...

Airtel SSL unavailable

I have NOP activated on my airtel connection. SSL was available for the first few weeks last year in august. But now it is not. As such i cannot open secure websites at all. The browsing is very limited on my phone. I contacted the customer care but they all seemed technically dumb......
