AFTER ASKING YOUR STAFF MR BHARAT PAL SALE EXECUTIVE, HE REFUSED TO ACCEPT THIS, WHEN WE ASKED HIM AGAIN AND AGAIN , HE CHACKED HIS RECORDS AND AGREE THE DIESEL WAS SHORT.

This is regarding the disel found mixed with kerosine in the one of the petrol pump situated in pune.
Alpha Auto near kasarwadi (daiichi)
pune.

I was shocked when ask the concern person regarding the incident that time that person
talk with me in very undecent manner.this not happing first time...

we are truck operator one of your petrol pumps by name M/S Keshav Motors main mathura road opp crown plaza Faridabad is filling less diesel on our argument he argued and did not reimbursed pls help us in getting justice as we trust Indian oil and regularly filling our fleet of 30 truck from your Indian oil filling stations in India.We have given a wriiten complaint in his book on Sno 0005 dated 28/8/10.

There is a petrol pump named Ram Avtar Tyagi Fuel in the way from ghaziabad to ntpc dadri via mansoori, They always cheat with the consumer by measuring product,
For a recent example, I have sent the person to the said pump with empty drum to bring 200 ltr diesel, as according they filled and infact pump meter also shown that 200 ltr and amount of rs. 7488.00.
