Facing issue regarding freezing 100 bst channel in videocon d2h. I couldn't remove any of these 100 channels, so, if i select my preferable channels by not touching the bst channels, it is costing me far more (As per ncf regulation). Also, very very poor website performance (Since last two weeks the portal acting very very slow, even login couldn't be possible sometimes

I am a regular user of Dish TV and recently I changed my set up box with high definition set up box with account Number [protected]. formerly I was paying 220 per month for the desired channels .After changing the set up box I paid Rs 500 and informed them that I require the following channels and set the channels according to my requirement
