I am also running around the same story and I had applied for a new MTNL connection since 23/05/12 and still I did not get any response from them regarding the connection when it will be functioning.They promised to me they will provide the connection within a week while it has passed 15 days and now I don't have the connection.I had called on[protected] more than 20 times and no-one ready to pickup the phone.
