I have booked 2 tickets from hindupur to vijayawada. They called to my num and said that the bus was canceled for some reasons.. On the date of journey at 7am... My journey timings was on that day 6pm.. I asked them why don't you informed it before. For that he said that the bus was not working form previous 4days.. They don't have sense to inform it before. Worst experience. I got only 60% of the ticket fare after cancelation charges. If...

I am travel vijayawada to srikakulam on18/02/19. I am travel bhubaneswar bus. I am carrying smll 20box's, i haven't any other luggage. Bus conducter and driver demand 200 rupees. I tell to any luggage cherg not give. Driver and conducter not pickup you and your luggage. Driver tell cancellation to your ticket and wolger language and finally they demod 100/-. Present i am in bus and take immediately action....

The rudest staff ever. They had us exchanged the bus at the beginning of telangana state saying the bus was broke down but it was in very good condition. Seems like they never had the permit and heard others say it happens everyday. As a result the bus 1:30 hrs late. I have get down at bharat nagar and the staff refused to stop saying it's not an auto to stop wherever you say to stop. The staff were so much rude as the cleaner started cursing...

We have started travelling from hyderabad on 22nd dec at 10.30 pm, as the bus is supposed to start at. 10.30, but the bus has arrived at 11.30 and started at 12. During the travel to shirdi, got to know that driver has no knowledge about the route and entered the wrong route several times. Questioning him resulted in arrogant response from the driver. Now it's 11.33 am and we are still 150kms away from the destination....

This is to inform that diwakar travels has improved so much that it raised it's levels beyond aeroplanes...in flights they inform in prior that there should be minimal luggage but this bus literally didn't allowmy mother to step into the bus because of the extra luggage she carried.. There should be one or two bags to be carried i completely understand but if it was the case they should be informed initially after the tckt...

I have booked my ticket for 3 pax from mancherial to hyderabad on 4th dec 2016 and the travelling date was 5th dec 2016 i was charged rs 1800/- and other 40 passengers who travelled with me for the same were charged as Rs 400/- per pax even they have taken their tickets at the last minutes have reoprted it at diwakar head office but sadly a very ugly response was given by mr indra and team, pls dont trust and get bluffed with this travel...

He is driving horrible like anything i warn couple of times to drive carefully he replied management of diwakar travel forcing them to drive fast seems they are playing with the passenger because of my warn driver ignored to stop bus for lunch he...

I travelled from tadipatri to Hyderabad yesterday night and the driving is totally horribble. We are jumping like we are on the balloon. Rediculous driving with super fast without considering speed breakers and damages on the road. Every one were feared. Please take care and worn the driver because he is taking lives of people in his hands....
