Had ordered in june 2019 the said product from dmire.com and the last information received in july 2019... Product is shipped. My paid order no is 128596. Repeated queries have fallen on deaf ears and a check by my source in delhi has revealed that there is a vacant plot in the given address. Strict action must be taken against such fraudsters and the victims of fraud must be compensated. Can't understand how such fraudulent companies flourish...

I have been ordered a trolley bag to www.dmire.com, online, via facebook, that's id. 144600 batman spinner trolley bag on 12 july 2019, and online payment has been done,
But today fifths months has been over
I have been a lot of time complaint sent via email to demir, but they're not reply me.
What i want to do?

Ordered 4pc travel suitcase set from dmire.com on aug 10. I received the website link from facebook sponsored ad. I have not received the product still. It's already 4 months. Paid online rs. 3257.. Recently i came across a page on facebook in the name of dmire, it’s a portal selling luggage bags through...

I ordered a luggage set (3 piece trolley set) on 7th july, 2019 and on this some new website called dmire.com. Apparently this company doesn't accept cod so i had to pay online an amount of 2799 inr for the order. I got updates twice saying that the order is placed and the order is shipped after that i ahvent received any updates at all. Their website doesn't have any mode of communication. You can only chat with the online chat bot that...

I have ordered trolly suitcase from dmire on 02/09/2019 through online paying an amount of rs 3254/- through payu payment gateway. After two day i have received the mail from dmire that they have not received the payment from payu so your order has been canceled. I requested both payu and dmire to refund my amount if such is the case. But both of them are not responding to my request to refund the amount....

I have booked above mentioned product, vide order no - 143855, dated - 11/07/2019, also made online payment of rs.899/-. Till date product not received, already send e-mails ([protected]@dmire.com). But no reply received. I think this site is doing fraudulent activities.

Please take appropriate step and arrange to refund the amount and charge huge penalty and fine over this company....

I made the payment through online transaction of [rs.2859.00] on 01/09/2019. The amount was deducted immediately from my bank account.
Then on 07/09/2019 when i checked the website again to track my product it was written on the website's order...

After waiting for 2months and sending the mails to the company n number of times i have realised that it was a fraud.

As i cannnot even open the website now.

Amount i paid was 2975/-

I have made an online payment on 15th august at demire.com website and i have all the details about the payment and order number. The material was never delivered and now the site is down.

Placed an order of trolley bags on 27/9/2019 and its been more than 25days from the date of ordered placed, i have not received the order neither the refund as the amount has been already paid.
The customer support chat group is always offline also they have not mentioned any contact number to call. It's a helpless situation. I want to my money back and this site is not displayed in google....

This has been for the first time i have been cheated by an online platform called.
Dmire.com. Initially i ordered a backpack and paid an amount of around 3999 through online portal and after the payment they give me a confirmation letter and suggested me to wait for another 30 days for delivery. But now it has been 3 months since i ordered the product and right now they are not at all responding and when i applied for cancellation...

Order confirmed by them on mail but product not delivered till date.

Initially they replied mail also for delay in delivery and wrote that consignment is in transit but neither product delivered nor they are replying my mails.
