I'm from baner, pune. I paid for dna broadband on 3rd july, and their representative told us they will give the connection within 3-4 days. Even after 1 month i didn't get the broadband connection. I didn't even get a call from their end once. Although me and my wife called them 100 times just to get a update, all i get to hear from them is tomorrow they will provide the connection.
