Book the gas cylinder over dedicated mobile phone on 18th. April 2013 morning booking no- 417980 and my consumer no- KP26553, till date cylinder not delivery in my resident address recorded in LPG distributor in Boral, Kolkata.Every time the cylinder not delivered in time.Please order your distributor to supply the cylinder, L.P. Gas Services, Boral, Kolkata....

I don’t think there exists more hapless Service than the one Shriram Gas Agency Sinhgad Road Pune Maharashtra provides.
1) It takes almost a month to get the delivery at door steps
2) Smart card was functional only twice in the last year.
3) I bet for Rs 100 if you call the OFFICAIL numbers of agency and somebody Receives your call for the inquires.

i would like to say to you. i live in najafgarh area and having alok gas service[on police station road] here and for last couple of week i m trying to make call but they did not pick up the phone call and they just just pick up the resever and put that reserver aside .i have visited at their place but they didn't response.
Please help me out i am having a big problem and i don't have gas cylinder...

DELAY IN DELIVERY OF GAS CYL.
Iam a consumer of HP gas LPG with consumer number 702255 and the dealers name & tel no is OM GAS SERVICE, MISHION COMPLEX, SAKRI ROAD, DHULE & PH NO IS[protected].I had booked the gas on 12/09/08 on the general booking number 1099 . I have yet to receive the delivery.
I am not ben able to contact the gas agency on the phone. I HAVE VISITED THE DEALER SHOP, BUT HE IS SAYING TO COLLECT THE CYL FROM GODOWN AFTER ONE MONTH AND...
