fraud by done card

As i am donecard railway agent and i have sent my Etoken for renewal And amount 2500/- to renew it. but since two month it has not been yet recived and ia am having a problem with it becasue my income of source is only that . You may see below that how much time i have sent them mail.

They deleted my etoken data

Respected sir,
As i am donecard railway agent i have sumitted my etoken for renewal .When my etoken was been renewed then i was trobbling while loging then i call back to done card custmer care number [protected] then they process me every day for almost 50minute then when i gat angry then they remove and install some software when that process complete then other problem occurs that your Etoken data has been losed . Know what is...

In Jan 2008 your AD Mr Lalit Paswan came to my house and submitted the business proposals of Donecard. I onvinced immediately and I gave him Rs 5000.00 out of Rs 15500.00 for issuing IRCTC Permission for Rly Tickets within two months. After one month I gave hime another Rs 5000.00. Don't use DoneCard

I bought a cash card from DoneCard for Rs. 500/-. In the DoneCard site, lot of products are there like booking train tickets, Mobile recharge, etc. I did TOPUP for my mobile no for 3 times using DoneCard but its not reflected in my mobile account. But the amount is getting reduced perfectly. I mailed them regarding this issue to credit my amount back, but their response is not clear. Still am waiting for their response. My advice is please...

regarding services

the customercare of donecard is very poor.the services of doncard is to much bad. railway services is very very poor. bhaiye kabhi mat liyo chahe to itz ya suvidhaa le lo.suvidhaa is much better then donecard....
