Sir,
today that is on[protected] i got installed dr.aquaguard genious plus purifier which cost 23000 amount they installed the device in my absence when my maid was present and took the amount without explaining the demo and when i came to know about the actual reason that the device is not actually converting the water into mineral water and demo was also not explained i phoned to the service center at 8 30 pm they attented the phone...

I have bought a new machine on 1 month back. While installation there was some problem found in the machine. But still complaint is not rectified. I paid my full amount and still i couldn't use the product.

Simply logic with every supplier: If you paid, you have to follow them.
If you not paid, then he will follow.
