I have ordered a Suit through the dramlic site worth RS.1100. They have sent a completely different suit which is not even worth rs.200. When contacted customer care through email, they asked to send them back to the courier. The courier expenses are to be borne by the customer even though it was a mistake from their end. And also they informed me that the amount will be refunded to the wallet. First of all, there is no wallet option at all...

I have ordered a product on 30/11/2021 and received parcel on 4/12/2021 but the one which I received is totally different and cheap one. When I asked to refund or replace amount in that there is no response I want my amount refund to same mode of transaction. They are fooling and looting customer for their hard earned money. They are displaying product which they even own it and showcasing fake reviews I want government to take legal action...

This is a scam website. We first ordered. Wrong product was given. Then we returned it. And they asked us to order another product instead. We ordered another product. Again some random product was delivered to us. We asked for refund again. And reply we got was as follows:

"We are really sorry that we have sent our best products to you 2 times but still you dont like the product, so we will not be able to accept your product...

Dramlic is a fraud company, I ordered a suit for Rs. 874 and they never sent me that, I prepaid the ammount as the original amt was Rs. 999 and by prepaid it gave Rs. 125 deduction which makes me pay Rs. 874. When I mailed them they kept asking me to send them reciept of the courier when I clearly stated in my mail I never recieved any order. They not even ready to refund my money, said it will be added to any reward wallet for next order...

I had ordered online for Salwar Suit vide order No.DM[protected] dtd 19/11/21 and order was delivered on 23/11/21 on COD basis paid Rs.1000/- and when i opened the cover i found wrong product (Lehanga ) cheap material which is of no use and I tried to contact customer care No [protected] no repsonse and sent mail also on mail ID help.[protected]@gmail.com. Please help us to get the refund of our hard earned money.
