faulty mattress

I bought matress from Furniture Bazar(Big Bazar) in 2010 around month of June. Which was given faulty , means, it got irregular shape after using three or four months, had lot of back pain during this priod. I lodged complaint and got replaced matress of same company. Again, that replaced matress was having same with it. I also replaced it within warranty, year 2011 June.
I am again having same issue now but warranty period...

On 27 June, 11 I have purchased Dreamline 78*60 Mattress from Big Bazaar, (FUTURE VALUE RETAIL LTD) Bill No. 14 & TRN No 45951, which is delivered on 29.June.2011 with 12 months warrantee.
Dreamline mattress damaged (Pressed at sleeping area) the complaint lodge over phone to Mr. Yogendra Tripathi Big Bazar on 15.07.2011 after several reminders. But after several remind, there is time passing attitude and no proper response....
