I lost my Driving Licence and PAN Card on 12th May 2012 during my train journey from Vijayawada to Bangalore for Yeshwanthpur Express.
Do I need to give police complaint for getting duplicate ones? If so, Where I need to give the complaint either to the nearest Police Station or to Railway Police?

RTO office dont provide card licence in gorakhpur UP so they can make fraud licences....please inform the government so that the new machine for providing card licences can be issued to gorakhpur RTO office

they generally answer that machine for providing card licence is out of order and is been out of order for more than 7 years...and still goin on.......

But one of the officer name is ..I FORGOT BUT HIS FROM DABHOI (who Authorised papers and then after need to go Photos) weste my time untill 4.30 and then after says I'm busy for other work ( mention ID Card) B'coz some one absent. and he do some one alse work. I dont understand how's this people work, they...

Hello Sir,
I am 18 years old. I stay at a rented house. Is it possible for me to get a driver's license or ration card on the basis of my rent agreement as residential proof..?? I do not have any other residential proofs like voter id card etc...The electricity bill also is on the name of the landlord. Kindly help.

one person Mr.Ravinder Reddy taken 1600/- from me ,, my salary is 4500/- as am earing in one of the BPO Company. but that person taken 1600/- from me for driving licence but he is a cheater informed by his room neighbours and wife... he as taking some money like all the youth for licence and for other allowance, but nothing doing.

I was learning driving from BALAJI Driving School (Gurgaon- HARAYANA) where the trainer told that we will give you liecence also as we are in driving school we can give it to you with out any DRIVING TEST. They charged me extra 2000 for that and yesterday they gave me a liecence (visiting Card like with my poto pasted on it and some stamp from Liecence adikare Mathura).

Police has taken my two wheeler driving license near diesel cummins dated 6/9/08 (alankar police ) . I have paid Rs 100/ fined amount at the Pound fata RTO office 07/09/08.
