I purchased 120 ml MINTOP10% from MEDPLUS, Prakash Nagar, Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500016. On Uning for about 15 days i could hear some particle sounds coming from teh bottle when shaking, out of doubt i opened it and was shocked to see some crystallized particles in the liquid.

Renewal of new credit card & address change
ICICI Customer care could not update my adress for sending my renewed card.After, repeated attempts of changing the adress, i'm complaining.Every time I place a request, i get a SMS reply few days after that saying that address could not be updated.Reason is never mentioned. I want to cancel the card...it's too much now....
