Rash driving and over speeding

Today morning at 0840 hrs 26th May. This bus no. DL 1PD 2487 Jail road hari nagar driving rashly with no control over speed. Two ericksaw just managed to escape. When I complaint he just honked more and ran away with over speeding. Just terrible. Lucky escape for all passengers sitting in erickaws. Pic and video attached...

Daily late

Daily bus driver releases bus 5-10min late from his stop and then he again stop bus at shalimar bagh for his personal purpose for 5min means daily he waste 15mins of passengers . Because of him we daily get late for office and money gets deducted from our salary. What's his loss over there. It's a humble request kindly solve my Problem.

At 12:30 pm I was waiting 623 bus at munirka bus stop, when 623 (DL 1P C-6534) came to munirka the Bus driver did not stopped at munirka bus stop, I ran and caught the bus, also while driving bus he was busy with his phone call. When I requested him to stop he abused me and told me "tu apna kam kar"

I would like to inform you that i working as a software engineer in noida sec-63, i travel everyday at 8:00 am in the morning from noida sec-18 metro and around 7:00 pm in the evening from sec-62 (Fortis) in bus no-323.
Now, kindly take a note on this matters :

1. The bus frequency is like 0, the difference between two buses is 1 hour minimum.
2. There is no fixed timing of bus, like - one bus comes...

Bus Irregularities route no - 727

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

My self Yash At putting in Adarsh Nagar, Today(12.04.11), I found the Near by Pass bus stand ,Drive were not stopped the bus and misbehave with passengers , and also abusing to me if i m complaining to him, There are lots of people stopping but he abusing to everyone, and not stopping the bus at bus stand because of try to chasing another bus same route
