I daily commute between Naraina & Uttam Nagar & there is just one single bus, i, e., 753 & this only bus never arrives on time on either of the places. Most of the times there are 3-4 buses one after the other & they all are in too much rush that they leave Uttam Nagar Terminal one after the other without stopping for even 5 minutes & then just after few minutes there is no bus & passengers have to wait for hours & the same thing happens...

poor services as in 1950

people of paschim vihar are really suffering due to poor services rendered by THE SO SELF CLAIMED WORLD CLASS TRANSPORT SYSTEparticularly route # 910.why cant DTC improve upon this route? why are the management so adament on not improving services in paschim vihar and adding new routes.
WILL SOME RESPONSIBLE PERSON TELL ME ABOUT reasons for not doing so.
pessangers some old and feeble looking can be seen on the bus stops waing...

Availability of Bus

I Daily updown from red fort till mohan co-operative area due to my job. I prefer to travel by Red DTC bus or sometimes if not able to get then Green DTC bus rather than going by Blue line although they have a trememdous services. ladies reservation seat interstate/state buses

Sir,

This is regarding seat reservation for ladies in DTC interstate/state buses. .

The rule says that the seat has to be vacated by any male passenger sitting in the seat reserved for ladies when there are any women passengers who ask for the same. But this does not happen at all. I travel daily from Karol Bagh Delhi to IFFCO Chowk Gurgaon and whenever I ask male passengers to vacate the seat, their usual reply...

This is not a complaint but a humble request to you.
I want to complaints against all the buses 990. There is so many buses stand in the shivaji stadium terminal and they do not running buses on time. Unavailablity of DTC buses

Respected Sir/Madam,
There is unavailability of buses on route outer ringroad at Wazirabad-Gopal Pur stand. Route No. 447 available but service is very less, approx arrives after 1 or 2 hours. Bus Route No. 271 arrives 2 or 3 times in a day only.
Please you are requested increase bus service on this route for ISBT.

non availability of buses for bus no.544 in the morning and in the afternoon

Respected sir/mam,

I want to tell you about the bad and poor services of non-availability of the bus route no.544 in the morning and in the afternoon, while going from ambedkar nagar to sarojini nagar depot.
from the other side one after the comes and the no. of passengers in the bus are maximum 15 to 20.
And services of private buses are too bad that lot of misbehave is being done these buses.
