So, we ordered the spicy grilled chicken burger and it was mere chunks of chicken dipped in gravy. No veggies, they have also discontinued the meals, it was really bad. The taste of the gravy was so tangy, a big let down....

First of all this is a warning to not order from dunkin donuts website/app, I made a mistake which costed me my money which they are just not willing to return, what happened was I placed my order on their own website and they promptly collected the advance payment for the said order number LTG5Z8HWZ3U3, within minutes their store called saying they have none of the 4 different kinds of donuts I had ordered, talk about consumer service! The charge of rs25 for delivery where they took 1 hour to cover 2km distance (Green park to hauz khas) and delivered me cold burgers.

The delivery boy was so pissed off that he tore the envelope in which the burgers were packed,.
When i asked delivery boy why was your phone busy, he said "busy to aega hi madam, apne main restaurant jo fon kia tha ki parcel nahi aya"

First time, i've order a donuts from dunkin donuts via online mode. Also i made a payment through paytm. After 10 minutes, their executive called me that we do not delivered to ur area. Then i asked for refund, they simply told me to wait for 7 days. Why would i wait for 7 days? I made a payment instant. Also expecting a refund asap.
