I am a consumer of the Bharat Gas Agency and my gas agency name is Durga gas agency, Karol Bagh. New Delhi. My (consumer no) is 14869. I Booked for refill cylinder on 20 February 2015 through phone and I got a reference No.[protected]. They did not deliver the refill cylinder till 18 March 2015. LPG cylinder booking and delivery
The Gas agency is not providing the urban consumer with proper booking and home delivery facility. They stock the cylinders 5 KM away from the office and ask the consumer to fetch the same. The consumer had to pay extra 50-100 rupees for transportation of the cylinders. there always seems to be shortage of cylinders and various excuses for unavailability. unable to provide booking and home delivery. people have to stand in line for hours...

Surrender of Gas cylinder

Recently we have been shifted to Prabhadevi from Elphinstone where gas pipeline is available, so we went to the distributer at Prabhadevi (Durga gas agency) to surrender the cylinders, but the distributer is saying that it is not our area so neither our person will come to pick up the cylinders nor we can provide you service. Pl. help bcoz the two cylinders are in the window grill in which one is empty and one is half filled....
