I have ordered an item on November 20 th and it was supposed to deliver by 27 th and the courier partner is not calling and delivering the item. I given a detailed explanation of the adress and 3 alternate numbers. With out calling the are simply updating status like adresse not available, adressee refused delivery at door step and even they are not senting back to the seller...

The product is not ordered by me. Fraud has been done with me by the ecom express team some another type of product has been given to me please refund my amount of rs 700...

Delivery boy refused to deliver in the given address because he asked money for delivery charge and I refused to pay maney so he doesn't come to deliver my order....

I want to return my product because it's totally in bad condition...

I orderd a product in meesho and it is out for delivery since 13 th october. I didnt get the product and they didnt call me even for omce. Now when i track my order it showing returned. How?? Why??...

I orderd one product from a site.
They sent that through ecom express.
Now its 2 moths they not deliverd it
It is still on walayar hub.
Either they must deliver or refund my money....

I have sent a parcel having AWB no [protected] to Hojai. Assam. On 28 May a message received that product is delivered. In tracking also it shows product delivered on 28 May . When enquired at Hojai ecom office they hand overed the parcel. But my question is how can they sent message and upload in website that it is delivered? Is this your employees work culture? Can you explain it please....

I booked one item order no is [protected] e com express send message item delivered but it did not delivered and u r not responding so am suffering lot I will go to consumer court...

I ordered an item in amazon which was delivered through them.The courier service refused to sent the item to the place of delivery, without giving a valid reason for it....

On 13th nov 2019 arranged a reverse pick up from mumbai to delhi through e com express.
At the time of booking it was showing tentative delivery date as 19th nov 2019, but till now the parcel is not traceable and customer care executives of e com express have no idea about the package. Daily raising complaint at customer care portal but everytime getting a fresh delivery date.
Worst customer care service....
