First of all while booking easy cab jalandhar punjab i found they are asking for higher rates. They book cab in rs 300 fix for day/ night and give ride upto 10 km further they charge 15rs perkm for over ride.
I took this cab and ride 10km and driver asked for 440rs. I said how u calculate. Then he said ok give 400. It happens with me two times. Both time they overchared and did not gave any bill detail. I was in hurry not have time...

No cab logo, no driver licence or I'd proof, meter not working

I booked the cab from Mumbai domestic airport to dadar. I did not receive any SMS or cab details on my phone. A driver called me and said his cab no. 8980 and he will reach soon. All the times they took the booking and told it's confirmed and before 20 minutes they will send a msg saying that they have cancel the cab due to unavailability of cabs. Poor Services and not fulfilling the commitment

Charged Extra-Booking ID- A103000303

I am extremely disappointed with the service..When I booked cab I asked if there is any package, he told per km Rs 18 and Rs 50 conveyance...I asked is there any condition I have to travel any minimum Km.He told no there is no such conditions..But when cab reached destination it charged - Rs230 for 6.2km. convenience cost charged instead of web booking

I had a very bad experience with the driver and the customer care person of easy cab. This is the second time I am facing this issue. I had done the web booking (A[protected] with easy cab for 29th Aug from Gautam nagar to DLF cybercity gurgaon. However, the driver had given me the bill with the convinience charges of 50 rupees. Misbehaviour by the Chauffeur

The chauffer misbehaved on the call & was not willing to come for pick -up. Very unprofessional & spoke rudely. Hi attitude was alraming.
Only absuing was remaining from his side. After this I would say one has to be careful with the easy cab drivers.

Poor service

I booked a Easy Cab taxi in morning 9:18am on 15/07/2009 and Ref No. B001014 for going to Bangalore City Railway Station in Evening at 18:15 . In evening at around 17:45 I throught just to check whether the taxi is coming or not ? To my surprise and shock, the operator told me that the Taxi I booked was cancelled due to unavailability of and Taxi nearby .

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.
