Regarding : compliant of your billing staff for misconduct /rude/misbehaviour complaint no. Ed[protected] di.26.09.2019. Your naraina new delhi br. Please refer to my complaint no. Ed[protected] dt.26.09.2019.in this connection i received a call from your representative advising me to come to the store so that their employee can have a conversation in the matter. Immediatly after i received a message that the complaint has been withdrawn....

I am a regular customer of your naraina new delhi branch and all the grousary item are purched from the said counter. Recently the store has been shifted to bigger place and we expected that the service of the store will improve.
Sir, i am sr citizen and went to your store today i. E 19.09.2019 to by sugar as per memo no.0004437. There are three cash counter and only one was operating, the other two persons appently cashiers...

I visited easy day store, chander vihar on 08 sept 2019 at around 11 am. The store had two billing system, with one sales rep. When the second sales rep came, the first billing system stopped working. The rep made me wait for an hour and then asked to move to the next counter. On moving to the next counter, the second rep refused to make the bill and asked to wait further as i have moved from the previous counter. He started arguing refused...

I m regular customer of easy day. On demand on staff i have create 2 member shop card of easy day. Yesterday evening i visit in easyday day store which is located at 100 feet road near bibi wala chowk. I carries some product and reach near to billing counter. Cashier first force to m for membership card. Then i said i have already 2 card. Then i told to him i was issue to ur store. Then he said u made card from morning staff now u r doing...

When I want to purchase Britannia Little hearts, six packets, they told me take only three packets. Moreover in the store there is a section for Rotten Fruits/Vegetables at low prices. The fruit & vegetables are having worms and not fit for humans...

m gurvinder singh frm Sangrur, Punjab. By day i bought chicken frm local easy day i.e on 7-3-2011. I stored it in refrigerator. Bt today when i took it out frm refrigerator than it little bit smelt. When i prepared it thn it smelt a lot & Itz taste was very differnt. I through all prepared chicken ....
we believed on ur products a lot bt no longer now ..... I thnk we stopped purchasing frm EASY DAY .....br...

When i reached the cash counter no 6 for billing the cashier was very rude in receiving the client. She was trying all means that i shd not get the billing at that counter. All the time she was talking to fellow worker...when i asked her to...

I purchased goods from Easy Day (joint venture of walmart & Bharti), Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, India vide bill no TC#476513453171617539363 dated 26/01/10 and in that bill item code[protected] was charged twice. When we checked it billing clerk clarified that since it is scanning it is possible that it was scanned twice. My point is that since each item is displayed on monitor error is not possible untill unless it is done deliberately....
