Hi,
I had taken two wheeler policy from easyinsuranceindia.com and been suffering after that.
I had taken policy from easyinsuranceindia.com with policy ID 19_6_2012_8_4387, from Tata AIG for two wheeler.
First, they promised for Insurance in 2 days after application, but it took more than week for policy to delivered.
After delivering, there has been misspelled name and address.
I had word with them, and...

Lack of response and service

Hi,

This is regarding an insurance policy renewal with the easyinsuranceindia.com. I had made the payment and also sent the documents requested, to the customer care executive. Once the payment was made, I did not get any acknowledgement or status response from them.
I called them up only to be given the same status - it has been done and would be provided in a day or two.
The payment was made on April 27, 2011....

No response after paying them online

I had purchased 2 wheeler policy from http://www.easyinsuranceindia.com vide Contract ID (that serves as reference id ) is : 19_6_2010_5_51 on 8th May 2010 at 9.05 am, as required made payment online through credit card, emailed them all the required documents same day

Today its 12th May , so far i have not received an single communication from the company, try calling their number there is no response, try sending message...
