Kind attention sir/ mam,

I have taken a life term insurance from edelweiss tokio on 15.11.2018 of 1, 00, 00, 000 having a premium of rs. 13, 822 annually which i have deposited on same day along with application form. Further they have fixed my date for medical on 17.11.2018 at 10:00 am for which i have appeared to concerned doctor at 10:00 am and my medical was done at 2:00 pm (So i lost my whole day).
Sir later on...

Please note company terminate the policy at the time of claim intimation. As per company i didn't disclose about my previous policy. But i told him this is my first health plan. But they didn't listen to me. Before issue the policy they completed every thing. Please help to resolve it. Company terminate the policy for non disclosure but i had not any plan related to health before the edelweiss....
