I have applied on 08/12/2017. The application and payment was successful but unfortunately the registration id not generated and the downloaded file is also not opening. So i am unable...

Recently I have ordered a redmi 3s phone on the website name www.edigitalindia.co.in on 14th April 2017. My order id is #1891 (according to that website)

I have already made the payment and I also recieved a confirmation mail of it. But still my order status showing is that under processing. I think that website is fraud.I sent them many mail but no response and they also mention ([protected]) number...
