My name is ayananta sarkar. I order your product of worksheet class 2 combo pack of value 3199.00 with diwali offer which is available at price 2399.25 on dated 04-11-19 at about 9:20 hrs. After giving order and internet banking payment rs2399.25 deducted from my account but no confirmation found from edurite end by sms or email. After that i called edurite customers helpline number found on internet but no number are found in working condition.br...

Dear sir,

Edurite company has sold me a class 12th package pendrive for pcm study. Many of the videos are not running.

They have charged rs.3500/- for the product. Upon complaining they agreed to send a proper pendrive, but till date it has not been received.

These people are deceiving and cheating the people of country. Nbody is taking action against them. Our govt machinery has also failed....

I ordered for ukg evs, maths and english books. But i received lkg books. I paid rs.1600. Refund the amount. Or i will go to consumer court. The work sheets are loose sheets and not bound books. That female who is talking over the phone said it is all books. But only loose sheets. I have to go the shop for binding..

A few days later i received a call from bangalore mentioning that there was a special discount through which worksheets worth inr 1699 were available for inr 209. I asked the rep to send me an email or message but he kept saying he couldn't as his was an internet call. We have ordered a cd of 12 class cbse maths and it's is not working even in windows 10, so returned the day to you and we have been told that the refund amount will be processed in a week, but even after 3 weeks our amount is not been credited and when we called your representative they are like it will be credited in two days and they are prolonging it.. I want my refund of my amount as soon as possible otherwise we will proceed legally.....

Just a non sense as seeing the feedback online, i order your products post payment

Now your delivery man came and asking for money even after prepaid online ordering

Not only that but even after showing him the payment invoice he took back the products.

It's such a galling, i just lost all the faith and can tell only a cheating rather.

Let's cancel the order and refund my moneybr...

I had bought edurite's cbse for social science class ix. I received the cd on time. The cd jacket showed the correct product, but the contents were for cbse for social science class viii. I wrote across to [protected]@edurite.com and was told to write to [protected]@edurite.com with invoice details, which i did. Since then i had written to both of the above mail ids. But there had been no response from either of them. Please help....
