I sold a product through elanic. Later i didn't receive my money or my product. After multiple complaints they told they will take an action. But it has been almost 2 months no action has been taken. They just keep asking for more and more days. They keep postponing my request. Unexpectedly they called me and assured help and told me i'll surely get the amount back but they didn't take any action and till now i've not received my product or money.
I have sell cosmetics product in elanic and Elanic credit of rs 1397 is left in the wallet.On 01-APR-2019 i got the message that your account is expired as you will not be getting your wallet amount.
Above credit of Rs1397 was all because of item sold in elanic platform.This is very unfair that I am not getting my amount .

    I sold my products and received rs. 322 in my elanic wallet on 10th april 2019. I immediately transferred the amount to my bank account. Its been over two weeks and i still haven't received the amount in my bank account. I mailed them but n response. If you are running a business, atlas have the courtesy to resolve the issues on time. This is a clear case of cheating.
    I want my money as soon as possible.

      Elanic is a site for online purchase & sale of products either new or used one. I have purchase one product which was not as per description so refunded it & got refund money in elanic wallet then i dont find any product worth buying so thought when i wil find good product will buy through this money but found that after few month they are showing your wallet money has expired. How can you use consumer money that also without intimation. There server have many problem sometime showing old messages & deal as a fresh message or deal & sometime unable to purhcase sue to server not working. They dont inform any changes to consumer.
      I ordered one product from elanic peach color but im getting brown color which is so annoying...i talk to ur customer care person he s talkin in a rude manner he s asking my debit card details and all. ...i want my new product r get ny payment back r else i complaint tp police

        I have sold my eyeshadow pallets on elanic.. And the delivery boy took my product on 8 the feb 2019... But but it's 18 the march now.. But i still have not received the payment of the product... Where as there is clearly written that the payment will be provided between (Max) 7 to 10 days of selling the item.. Can't even track where my product is now... I tried to contact their customer care service.. I emailed them.. I messaged their customer support no. Many many times.. But they r not helping me yet.. My product i'd is 1354254... Please either help me to get back my eyeshadow pallet or give me my money...

          I am new in elanic and started selling my products i sold 10 product out of which 5 product were not received by the buyer 3 buyers told that they didn't received the product the delivery boy didn't contacted the 4 of them didn't responded seemed to be fake customers and remaining product is in transit from 20 days tracking details is not not updating on complaiing to customer care no response is given from there side in app and email also no contact no so that i can call them it is the wrost app pls guys don't sale on this app because once the product left no money you will get and no product also

            Hi, my self mounika i have order one pearl jewelry from elanic, and the product was deliverd in jan it took 13 days for them to deliver the product, even after regular askin about the status no proper response, and i put that product for return cause the quality was not good, it's been 2 months pick up is not taken place, when i was continously asking about this they said some issue will solve it soon same thing is happen since 2 months now they are saying executive reached but product was not labled so it got rejected, but the fact is none of executive from elanic reached to my place i requested them to call before executive reaches, they failed to that,

              On 7 feb i ordered oblique zipper long sleeved t shirt but i got a mob in the packet. App is also not working properly... I m due to that i m unable to attach the pic of a product... Plz refund my money or replace the product with actual one

                This product is also not yet delivered to me and it is showing delivered. Can you provide proof of delivery that should have my sign. I always right my name and number when i take back product. I never do small signature. It is happening 4th time. Courier person is steeling product and not return it to me. If pod has my name signature as "jyotsna" than only it's me otherwise that pod is fake.

                  Sent wrong product and low quality product, after several times of mail communication Elanic telling that, Seller sent the product without knowing of Elanic, my paid amount also not ready to refund, actually i buy via Elanic App itself, now they not bothering and telling that it mistake of Seller, u contact directly to seller, why should i contact or seller ???
                  irresponsible solution by elanic of lost my money
                  I have order an saree cost of 600...I paid online through net banking...afterwards u have cancelled my order...its been 5 working days ...till then I don't get refund...can u plz tell me when u will refund

                    We purchase the 4 items and only one is received. All amount paid through internet banking.in the app. It is showing amount refunded to buyer, but till date not received the refund in my account nor they are having any phone to complaint the same. Order given on 2nd nov 2018 it is showing in their app amount refunded to buyer on 14 nov but not received in my account
                    I want my refund as soon as posible
                    I ordered jhunkis set and I already paid the money..but the tracking order shows failure of no..of attempts of order pickup..no proper response from elanic I m in a doubt if I would get it or not.. please sorry it out...I even don't get proper option of cancellation of order.. even if I cancel it I don't know if my money would get refund..
