I purchased a saree named gellery collection bhagalpuri silk saree, order id 852367 on 6th july. They send it on 22th july. Igot surprised to see the saree. There was no matching betwern the photo they have shown in the app and the saree they deliverd to me. Quality of the saree is very cheap. Immediately on that day asked them to take it back. They have collected the saree from me but from their side they don't give any contact no. Email...

I had purchased products from elanic and opted for Cod for 2 orders worth Rs.350 and 400 respectively on 11/07/2018, but it showed that cod is not applicable for my pincode so I paid online, I got confirmation from my bank and razorpay(gateway for payments)but there is no record in elanic.These people are thief.They say that refund is already done everytime I ask for refund.Kindly look into the matter as there is no way out of it....

I have placed an order of rs 650 in june my order no: is 771514, due quality of the cloth was not good so i returned it to elanic on 4th of June 2018. after that i called to their customer care [protected] every time call has been disconnected by their end.

after that i mailed them at [protected]@elenic.in on 9th June 2018 but i did not get any response from them.

Elanic guys are thief, this is not a matter of 650 rs...

I have requested a cashout of 500rs and they still have not deposited that money in my bank account. Neither did they respond to any of my emails. It has been over a week and they had written that it will take 2 days time or so for depositing my money in my bank account. Please help to get my money back asap.
I have again emailed them. No response yet. This is a fake app. Close this app too...

Would like to complaint regarding Alex (elanic employ) who refused to assist when asked about one over delayed parcel which I never got despite waiting for ages as technically as a seller if customer do not receive the parcel sold via Elanic it should get back to me as a seller within 10-15 days bt its more then a month and I haven't receive my parcel yet n when informed same to Alex via watsapp he refused to help and asked to contact customer...

I had ordered a coat, for which cod wasn't available, hence i paid online. My payment was deducted, but there was no record of it.
The seller wasn't able to schedule the pickup either.
My order got failed and i never received my money back. Please look into this and get my money asap.

They have the worst customer service. The product gets sold and picked up on time but takes more than two weeks to deliver it to the seller that too until and unless the seller complains about it. My product was picked up two weeks back and yet it is not delivered. Cherry on the top is the payment mode also. It takes lot of time. All in all it takes one month for selling and purchasing. Great. Don't fool people and start such stupid companies...

Hello sir i have sold a product but the buyer dont accept it and the product returned to me.. I got a call from a delivery guy i told him that this product is mine but he was telling me to give the amount for my product. This is really disgusting i want my product and you people have not provided any contact no this is worst contact service. Kindly do something or i will go to consumer forum...

I hv sold many products on elanic but i never get money or my products back,,,, i hv tried so. Many times to contact with customer service but they never helped but they cheated me.. The products got sold on 21 april 3 days passed but till now they didn't contact me,,, i want to take a action for this fraud company the cheated all sellers,,,,,,,,,,,...

My product as a seller is out since 2 months nor received the product nor received money even when the buyer is still awaiting.
How do i get my product and if sold where is my money??
I need my product back desperately.
The numbers u call on no answer n endless emails i’ve been sending.
Where can i get desperate help as i survive on this online selling and earnings.

Instead of getting any sale amount i lost my poducts, incase i ask them to send it back then they damaged it and cut the cost of damage and dodn't even pre - inform me... That way i ended up not only loosing my products without getting any sale amount but also got my own product back after paying for it and that too in damaged condition!!! I ordered shrug but as i found better price so i wanted to cancel the order after the seller scheduled for pickup. I am contacting to elanic since yesterday to cancel that order. They r giving me reply through email that they will forward cancellation to team but here i'm getting the order updates. Please resolve this i'm not going to pay if it is delivered to me....

I have sold so many product on elanic. However, no payment has received in my bank account even after two weeks of out of delivery of products. I have called to customer care so my time but every time did not get the satisfactory answer. They told to share your account statement and bank details. When I have asked them to share your bank account number with transaction id they has refused to share the same....

I have faced the following issues with elanic :-

- so many of my sold products have been lost in transit
- my products have been lying in the inventory of elanic, i have called them and asked them to return the products back but they never did.
- they have a direct shipment process they send a label to seller which has the address details and contact details of the buyer. On this labels they provide the contact...

I want purchase a Saree from Elanic.. Elanic dealer ask me to ping me in whtsapp..so I make a call for her and even msg her.. She ask me to send money then only I send the Saree... So I make her amount...but yet she didn't send me Saree and she told that she can't refund... Nw I I'll attach her conversation with this.. Plz do need full.. Always she is telling reason...

They never make the pickup. Never reply to any queries or complaint put up.
They don't even answer on their registered number. It's a scam. They only made the application for money from google. Rest all is fake.
Worst application ever. They should shut down the application right away besides duping people....

I was ordered (Order no. 516196) in elanic versace handbag on 5th nov 2017. Order got cancelled by seller due to unavailability and amount comes to my elanc wallet, later i cashed out the amount to my bank acount, same has been cancelled by elanic, reason shows due to technical error. After that on day basis i called their support centre for refund of my money, today is 22nd nov, still i didnt get back my money from elanic, their response...

The order no 521710 dated 11.11.2017 which was purchased at the 850 rs on cadh on delivery by the fedex the same kurti was order by radha mishra from nagpur ie black kurti u delivered the quality was very poor and soze was also very small therefore the kurti u shown in picture is all together different so please return your kurti and refund my money as soon possible...

As per the terms and condition i have enterd my bank ac detail for cashout process for RS 550 .but the amount is not credited in the account. After rigorous mails of 15 days i recived the refund amount in elanic credit. For cashout i entered the a/c detail but the amount is not credited. Frustrated with this kind of service .very poor service no one is bother about the service quality.No one even contacted from there side why the process...

I had ordered a lehenga on 8th dec 2016. Today when i checked, it showing status as cancelled from buyer, which i never did! I had asked a query on dec 10, i did not get reply for that query too. If you can not handle the orders then why was our time? I trusted your app and ordered something for the first time. Such a worst experience! Never going to buy again from your side. My reviews will be posted everywhere....
