I am here to come complaint above frequent power cut in our Tittagudi main area daily, during the lockdown and current pandemic situation very dificult for families and kids.Kindly take some necessary action to solve this problem permanently.

This is to inform you that we are working people from 5am to 3pm.. There is no light in the house from 3pm to 7pm and again we are facing the powercut on daily basis at night from 11pm to 1am and then 2am to 3am.. Why you people charge and ask for the electricity bill when you do not have to provide it? Is it your habit or something to irritate the working people so that they cannot sleep the whole night or day?

It has been a regular activity of power shutdown in my area of periyar nagar, nagalkeni, chennai. As soon as the rain starts, there's a power cut in our area. Many nearby streets have current but only our area won't have. This has not been resolved for many past years. The complaint and service board are full of lazy and irresponsible people who judy make excuses by saying is a fault. Why can't there be a permanent solution for all these...

I am a resident of Magnum Nagaraju, jagadgirigutta locality. This is in regard to the electricity bill generated for the current month.

May bill 462 rupees, bill paid on 15 the of may but the person took only 460 saying he has no change. Also he said that nothing will be charged in the next month so nothing to worry.

Faulty cables have caused a lot of hardship this summer with power cuts ranging from 24-48 hours continuously since last month. The Electricity board fixes the cables but since the cables are very old they cannot be repaired properly...so after a few days they give way and we suffer again. I tried to talk with JE who is responsible for Kardhana but JE has not given any response.
Then I have lodged a complaint via toll free number[protected] on 28.9.11 regarding burnt transformer of Kardhana which is burnt since 15 days back till now nobody has taken any action.
My complaint No. is 40947 dated on 28.9.11.

With due respect I bet to state that I am living in village and want to install a new electric meter and I have visited a several time in the office of Line-Man which is situated at Kheri (JIND) but I have requested to them to get installed the new electric meter but they are not giving the way I do not know why they are not taking interest to install the new electric meter.
