To elite back office solutions i transferred about 30030/- for home based data entry work.
And 1290/-as refundable until payment for work. Work quality is 97pet cent they said. Ipaid them 28740/as gst payment as per the e-commerce rulecontract and the rest company will pay. But nothing is refunded and no salary asking for more
21290/-which i cannot pay. If not paid they said they will terminate my salary. I need my paid amount....

04.02.2020. Paid1290/- to company as refundable advance, afer the work and transferred 28740 as tax amount for annual salary as [er their request, no salary and no refundable tax amount and no salary.
Asked me to pay 21290/- more to get the salary, which is not paid
I made the tax payment bcz the work was of bhatrath petroleum, i lost 30030/- in total.
Kindly do the necessary help....
