Appointment is true or spam

Received appointment thro' Kodak Recruitment Inc., Hilton close, off Allen Avenue, U.K. Telephone no. +44-[protected].
My Bio-data is submitted to Times job.com and with same reference the appointment letter ( Operation Manager) is sent without any interview. So doubts are there about this offer.
Also I have to pay for expenses to obtain visa/work permit thro' their agent located at UK which mention's same postal...
