PF Amount not settled for past 4 years

With in 4 years , i had sent more than 3 requisitions to withdraw my PF amount from a/c 50655 from Royapettah , Chennai EPF office..
Still my PF amount is not settled.. Who Swallows Who's Money !!!!

Non Receipt of PF
Sir,
I had submitted my application for withdrawal of PF to the EPF office in Chennai vide receipt nos.[protected] Form 19 ) and[protected] form 10 C ) dated 9/7/09 . But till date the status is being shown as " Under process ".
Request your good offices to help by expediting the claim.

my epf not yet settled by EPF Office, Chennai
Dear Sir,
I worked with Vestas RRB India Ltd at Chennai as a Jr Engineer, i had resigned 04th June 2007 and i had completed my resignation formalities & and all the papers send to EPF Office, Chennai through my Employer. I had send many mails and called to EPF office but there was no resoponse, and as per PF web site epfochennai.tn.nic.in my Application Papers had received by this office and application details are mention below...
