We have booked the plot in ERA aspen garden at meerut bypass road in 2007. We have been asking to do registry from past 2 years and every time they impose some unneccesar charges of which we were not aware of. And the lady sitting in there only office miss amrita she behave very annoyingly everytime. Please if sm1 can help us we would be very thankfull. And moreover we came to know that there is a government road passing through our plot...

Dear All. The duping done by the era group is well known. Government has not done anything against this group till now. Lot of complaints have done against this builder in his scam in Cosmo city sector 103 Gurgaon. Fake booking done in year 2011-12 without proper sanction/ overbooking. Now builder is returning the cheques from last two years which are bouncing. We will have to fight our battle. Kindly send your details on [protected]@gmail.com....
