I am a owner of a flat in ERA Divine Court, sec-76 Faridabad. I took this flat under subvention scheme which was offered by DHFL company. I got to know that this bull builder even didn't paid the last quarter Interest even.
I heard that there are couple of investors who already file a suit against this builder. Please help me and allow me to be a part of that legal suit .

Recently i have purchaseda independent floor in ERA Landmarks in ERA divine Court Sec. 76 Faridabad Project. I have purchased this floor in resale, on 26th Feb, i gievn all payements to the seller that he have given to ERA at ERA's Office.B-24 Sec. 3 Noida.
Also i have given the trabsfer amount of 25 Rs. per SqFt to ERA sothat group can transfer this floor to me. also i gave Loan sanaction letter's copy to pay rest of money...
