I paid Rs 51, 999/- for a Macbook Air on eshop12.com through Payu with my SBI card online payment option on Jan 9 2015.The guy JPrakash Sharma kept on delaying the date of delivery of the product.He replied to calls and mails for a few days but now he is not responding to anything.He said that he would give back the money as he was unable to deliver the product.He has not given the money back nor has he delivered the product.He is absconding...

Sir We ordered a HP laptop from Eshop12.com site on 21/01/2015 ( order no 2508409 and model Hp 15-r063tu) and Rs.27999/- payment was done on same day via credit card. It's been 34 days and we sill have not received the Item of any update from your end regarding the same.
