I purchased a JUUL starter kit from them. It lasted for exactly one week. Stopped working.
Now the owner is not picking up the phone, nor is he giving a refun. Turns out that the product is a clone of the original.
Can someone take this person to task? This product is to help people to stop smoking.

I purchased an E- Cigarette and some eliquids from Esutta.com on 25th march 2017 with the name of Mukesh. Product delivery was promised to be 3-4 days.
When i called them after 5 days, they said the product is out of stock and promised to deliver the product soon.
After that they stopped picking my calls and one day when they picked I asked for the refund. They said they will refund the money.

Dear Team,
I purchased a liquid for electronic cigarettes. The total amount of which was 1350INR.
The purchase order with put up with the vendor on 2nd of June and the time committed for delivery was 3-4 working days. However if you see the second attachment the product without any communication was not dispatched till 9th June. Even after this email of Order Dispatched on 9th June, I am not sure if they actually delivered...
