cancellation of e-ticket

I have booked two e-tickets bearing the following PNR numbers PNR number [protected] from Tuni to Katpadi - date of journey[protected] PNR number [protected] from Tuni to Katpadi - date of journey[protected] Now I want to cancel the above two e-tickets. But both the tickets are not available in "Booking history". So I am un able to cancel those tickets. Kindly take necessary action immediatly. Otherwise I will be put in loss. HARISHU...

unable to file tdr

I booked a ticket from kota to indore . due to personal cause I am unable to travel. I tried to cancel the ticket but the cancellation site at 12 noon says "chart prepared file tdr. file tdr site says chart not prepared, go for cancellation. here are the details of ticket:- PNR[protected] Tr. yesterday on 09-03-11 i was booking my eticket in karantak sampark kranti train for16-05-11
passanger name is lawanya sawant and vinit sawant my ticket is not booked but Rs 2504 has been diducted from my PNB A/C & My transaction I D is [protected] hence you are requested to
send my money back in my Punjab National Bank A/C No [protected]...

dear sir,
i would like to cancell my eticket which PNR NO [protected] but the probem is (my USER ID is ramsuraty and password is ku5412raku) the system is responsing incorrect, i also forgoted my email id i have mailed [protected]@yahoo.co.in& [protected]@irctc.co.in but there is no any reply
so what can i do please guide me as soon as[protected]...
