we recharged-mobile- for top-up, thru icicibank.com internet banking. As option given there was u can charge from 50-999, we choosed 155, No other confirmation asked there -. we recd sms but balance was not enhanced. After receipt of REPLY to e-mail complaint to Tata we - talked to CSC, it was told that recharge is for Tata to Tata only. WE dont want this at all. I want general top-up. our bank a/c is debited on 29.3.2010, further...
