Hello,

I bought reseller hosting from ewebguru.com. They mentioned that "cpanel/whm" is available with reseller plan, so i ordered the same. But when i got the login details there was no cpanel/whm feature. I contacted them they said "sir we provide direct admin panel in that".

So i requested the refund request. There is no response for that ticket. So i came here for resolving the issue.

I have hosted my domains named www.tradingbhavishya.com and www.technokrazy.com with e-webguru.Com for past 3 years. April 2016 my renewal date came and i have renewed both the domains and web space as well. I have paid amount of rs 5719.28 for web space and renewed it. (Paid separately for two domain renewal as well) after 13th day both the sites were down for 13 days and their technical support executives said there...

Thats really incredible we sent in 3 weeks 1881 different claim mails to webguru dot com all the time we attached also a hardcopy that ftp accounts does not works we paid 250 € for nothing / we thaught hosting in india is cheap and reliable with ewebguru.com you need 3 additional staff to send them the mails because they only merge different topics of claim mails an do nothing it seems ewebguru has not one of any qualification ewebguru.com...
