I need replacement of the battery.
I contact the company customer care but they do not accept the problem/issue.

Comment: I have purchased battery by Amazon considering Amazon provides quality product with full support.

Hi, I have bought a battery for my acer laptop and in around 8-9 months, it was only giving backup of 30 mins. It has replacement warranty of 1 Year and before buying I have been told that if anything happens in one year they will replace the battery atonce. When I raised the issue with Exilient (Eagle) customer center (Mr Suresh:[protected]) in Hyderabad they said they will test the battery and if its okay then they will not replace it...
