I was expecting the courier from ICICI Bank which was sent thru Express IT Courier.I am not been told AWB no.All couriers sent thru the EXPRESSIT from ICICI Bank are either delivered very late or not at all delivered to me.I only came to know when they called from different branch and said we are not the delivering branch.I dont know that delivery branch had made attempts to deliver or not.I am sure they didnt turn...

When I contacted Mr. Sushant & Ajit Chavan at Express IT, (Tel No.[protected] I came to know that my courier has been returned to Delhi since my room found locked.


As per as courier other courier companies they do not accept any courier without contact no. to avoid return the courier whenever courier boy found locked room or office they calls and...

I had applied for address change in Income Tax Database which results in issuance of New PAN Card. The Department has sent the same at my residence address by Express IT Courier on 24/12/08 and the same was delivered back to the Department with a mark saying "Representative Assessee has shifted". Am Amazed to know that and quite frustrated by this way of attitude of the company....

A courier was sent by Kotak Bank to with the name Pradeep Kumar.R with AWB No [protected] on 31/10/08. But it was not delivered Still.

The cover contains an Credit Card which issued by the Kotak Banks Ltd.

Need immediate action for this.

I have never seen such a lazy/sluggish and non-sincere courier company in my life. I am working for a Telecom company. My bank sent a document to me which is very important. Which is not at all delivered to me.
They deliver tappals according to their convenience. They are not at all sincere. When I tried to contact call center numbers[protected]/16/17/12) more than 100 times, THEY NEVER LIFTED THE PHONE....

A courier was sent by ICICI Bank to the above name with address 6-1-585/1 (11/2RT), Khairatabad, Hyderabad-500004 with AWB No [protected] on 18/8. But it was not delivered stating that my door was locked and the cover was sent back.

SBI card has sent me my updated Credit Card 2 times. But this courier company has not delivered it at all.

I have never seen such a lazy/sluggish and non-sincere courier company in my life.
I request you to do something to these non-sincere/Lazy persons otherwise lot of persons would be affected.

Delivery address mentioned was my residence address but they trying to deliver the good to my office address (As I am in night shift I can't recieve the courier). Express IT courier is the lousiest courier company, I have ever come across. I have serious doubts whether they are really making any effort to deliver the packages or simply sending SMS that they are unable to deliver the package.


What kind of a service providing co gives wrong numbers to it's customers. Instead of sending SMS, they can call us and advice about the courier. Even the numbers provided in the...

I got a sms in my mobile no:[protected] that my AWB packet no: [protected] was tried by Express IT to deliver at my residence but could not deliver it. They had given a telephone no:[protected] and asked me to contact me immediately. I tried contacting them at this no. several times but each time some on picks up the phone and disconnects it. This kind of mishief from a professional courier agency is not acceptable. I am amazed what kind...

They send across an SMS asking to call a number[protected] etc., then as new invention land line gives a message saying it is switched off!!! And the delivery boys thinks that they are the customer and paying for us to take delivery... You should be ready at his feet to answer his call... They can't even find an address to deliver they will call you and ask for the location / land mark... till you say they won't even say from...

The courier company has amazing workforce:
1 They come to deliver unannounced and than scold the person at not being available
2 Customer Service no is never picked up (unless you persistenlty try your luck for a million times)
3 The delivery staff never picks up their phone
4 Tracking system and the site is hard to locate on web

ICICI should take cognizance of this thrid party reducing their customer...

I recd a SMS on Saturday 16th Feb 2008, at 8:30pm. FRom EXPRESSIT, stating that they had visited my residence and since it was closed were unable to deliver the package. The package contents was my Credit Card from ICICI bank.

I got a courier till now i have not recieved because the so called rules stated by the courier service. They will deliver only between 9:00 to 6:00. My office time is between 8:30 and 5:30 and i will be back only by 7:15 P.M.
