I am trying to get in touch with courier service for last 12 days. No one picks the call in customer support. No reply to the mail is received. Unable to get information regarding my courier. Pathetic service that too from the service in contract with the government department( PAN Card Department). Just writing this complaint for one more try, else no hope in such system....

No response to customers
I have been sent a courier by my bank via Express IT courier service.
The courier is really urgent for me, and hence I want to track the status of the same.
I have the AWB number of the courier and I am trying to track the status of the same via their website, but there is no information updated on their website.
I tried to call the Pune office number give on their website which is coming switched off.

Not received the courier
I have received a message on my mobile that they couldn't deliver my consignment and they are giving falsifying statement that my door was locked.But this is not true.And today I called up Express It courier service customer care at Delhi on [protected].They said they wl deliver the same today.But no any response yet from this company.I came to know that this is from ICICI bank and it supposed to be my credit card.My contact no. is [protected]....
