Recharge done but amount not credited to account

Dear Sir,
I did a recharge of Rs. 599 on my Reliance CDMA number [protected] using ezrecharge.in. It had been more than 6 hours and the amount is yet to be credited to my account.
The amount has got debited from my credit card balance.
EZ Track ID is : EA950493
Date of Recharge: 30th May 2011
Amount including service charges of ezrecharge is Rs. 649/-
Please look into the matter.br...

Please find the detials appended below and solve my problem. Ezrecharge.in have debited the same amount (156.00 INR) from my SBI account but no balance has been yet received into my cell no. [protected].It has been 5 hours when the transaction was completed. Please take the positive action immediately. I need the balance urgently.
