Recharge done but amount not credited to account

Dear Sir,

I did a recharge of Rs. 599 on my Reliance CDMA number [protected] using ezrecharge.in. It had been more than 6 hours and the amount is yet to be credited to my account.
The amount has got debited from my credit card balance.
EZ Track ID is : EA950493
Date of Recharge: 30th May 2011
Amount including service charges of ezrecharge is Rs. 649/-

Please look into the matter.br...
