I had provided 10 pair of shirts and trousers for dry-cleaning to fabfresh (Order no 5709). After three weeks of repeated calling they delivered 7shirts and 8 trousers uncleaned.
Thereafter it has been a really miserable experience for me trying to follow up on my complaint. Calls to fabfresh customer service number drop, agents have no clue about the issue and no one calls backs with an update....

I gave my bag full of cloths around 4 kg in weight on 16 september 2019. They promised to deliver it on 19th september. Its already 23rd september and no response from the customer care. All the numbers are switched off. Even delivery agent6is unreachable. I mailed them many times and just replying that it will be delivered soon. They are unreachable for last few days as if off the grid....

I had provided 7 items for dry-cleaning to fabfresh (Order no 51303) through their mobile booking number [protected]. 5 of those were returned on thursday, 28th feb. I called fabfresh delivery agent on the same day to inform that 2 curtains haven't been received back and raised a complaint on this issue the next day.

It's almost been a week since i have given my clothes. They have wrongly estimated the weight and charging me a higher amount. I have been repeatedly calling them for the last 4 days and they are yet to deliver my clothes and constantly avoid my calls. None of their numbers on the website seem to work and the delivery agent number shared through sms is always wrong....

I had given a very expensive saree for dry cleaning on 31st Dec. I received it back on 5th Jan and ever since then I am desperately trying to reach customer care. The golden work on the saree has turned black. Tried speaking to customer care, but they do not respond. Sent pictures to customer care marking the founder/CEO Mr. Bhuvana, but no response!

Gave fabfresh 2 kingsized quilts in june at chennai as i was moving to banglore in july. They promised to deliver in a weeks time. As moving date neared, repeatedly called them but of no use. I placed an order at fabfresh laundry on 4th october and the order was supposed to be delivered on 7th october.

This is an absolutely fradulent company. They returned a torn, damaged pant for order # 44827. Took the order for processing on 29 sep 2018 with a scheduled delivery date of 4 oct 2018. They called on 7 oct 2018 suggesting there was a small damage near the pocket, processed the order and returned on 8 oct 2018. The returned pant had a huge tear near the back pocket - not a small damage. The pant is unusable and has to be discarded.

I have given four blankets(2 double and 2 single) for dry cleaning last week(order no. 38781). It should have been delievered by yesterday as per my conversation with the customer care at the time of booking. But I have not received my blankets yet. The worst service in the universe i have never ever experienced... For past one week am fighting with this customer service agents (Nisha, natalin, jayanth) to get back my washed clothes but constantly they are replying it will be delivered on today but not yet. Am highly dissatisfied with their services as I had placed an order (id 35909) for drycleaning 2 blazers (with original covers and hangers) but I haven’t received the covers and my hangers with delivery of the Blazers (see pic attached).
