After buying a 5 burner gas cooktop and oven the oven never worked beyond the first few months of installation. I have complained and even wrote to the President of the company. However, no response, which is a clear indication the company is not customer driven. This is FH6690. I personally would not recommend this company to anyone....

Some time back I have purchased FABER COMPANY CHIMNEY AND STOVE. Recently suddenly Chimnney falldown and got damaged as well as stove also.
I gave complaint on 24.05.11 vide Complaint No. [protected]. On receiving my complaint, somebody from Faber companyt had come, inspected and took some photgraphs of damaged Chimney and stove also. He said he will report to his office immediately with these photos and company will respond...
